This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to the official respondent Nos.2 and 3 for taking appropriate action on the representations dated 08.06.2023 (Annexure P-1) and 12.06.2023 (Annexure P-2). 2.

In both the representations dated 08.06.2023 (Annexure P-1) and 12.06.2023 (Annexure P-2), allegations of molestation had been made, which were found to be unsubstantiated. However, subsequently a fresh complaint was given on 20.10.2023 regarding the same incident in which no allegations of molestation had been made. On the basis of the said complaint, a FIR No.341 dated 20.10.2023 under Sections 323, 452, 506, Yogesh Sharma 2023.11.23 10:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

2023:PHHC:149043 CRM-M-49491-2023 (O&M) -2509, 427, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has been registered at Police Station Punhana and the investigation of the FIR is being conducted by L/HC Anita, P.S. Punhana. The copy of the FIR has also been appended along with the status report filed by way of affidavit of Surender Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Punhana on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
