**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, A.C.J. (Oral) The challenge in this Letters Patent Appeal filed under Clause X of the Letters Patent is to the order dated 20th December, 2017, passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 6808 of 2015, titled as, "Rajbir Singh Vs. Presiding Officer and others".

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the learned Single Judge has not dealt with the issues, which were raised before him. 3.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the appellant states that she may be allowed to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to approach the learned Single Judge by way of review application. 4.
