(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for further investigation in the case FIR No. 192 dated 05.04.2022 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 379-B, 427, 506 IPC (Sections 325 and 201 IPC added later on during the investigation) registered at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh. Reply dated 03.11.2022 is taken on record.

State counsel on instructions submits that investigation is complete and police report under Section 173 Cr.P.C stands filed. Given above, in case, the petitioner seeks any further investigation, he must approach the concerned Court.

Given above, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to file an appropriate application in this regard. All pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
