The present petition is for grant of protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners, who are major and adult and have got married on 15.09.2023.

At this stage, Ms. Neha Sonawane, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondents No. 4, 5 and 13 and has stated that there is no threat perception.

Since, the petitioners as well as respondents are present in Court. Accordingly, the parties are relegated to the Mediation Centre of this Court to resolve their disharmony.

The matter will be taken up at 02:30 PM.

As per order in first half, the report of learned Mediator has been received, whereby, the parties have amicably settled their dispute. Copy of the settlement is taken on record.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the competent Authorities, in case, any threat perception arises in future and the same shall be looked into in accordance with law. 6.
It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioners, in case, they are found involved in any illegal activity and the respondent-Authorities shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
