  1.

Prayer made in the present petition for directing the respondents to release the arrears of salary of the petitioners after completion of 2 years of probation period treating their date of joining as 21.04.2017. 2.

Learned counsel submits that the relief as sought for has been extended to Monika, Rampyari and 34 others such employees who are similarly circumstanced as the petitioners, however, not to the petitioners. In this regard, a legal notice dated 20.05.2025, Annexure P-8, has been served, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions, prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner.

3.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

4.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits Rajeev Purohit 2025.08.01 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the

respondents to decide the legal notice dated 20.05.2025, within a period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to them and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioners shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
