***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petition was for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.234 dated 17.10.2021 under Sections 406, 420, 34 IPC registered with Police Station Division No.8, District Jallandhar.

On 09.02.2022, the following order was passed in this case:- "Custody certificate dated 08.02.2022 filed by the learned State counsel received through e-mail is taken on record. Registry to tag the same at proper place.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail by the trial Court on the basis of a compromise.

On a query put by this Court as to whether the factum of the pendency of this petition was disclosed to the Court below, which granted bail, he seeks one week's time to place on record the bail application filed therein and also the order granting bail to the petitioner SUKHPREET KAUR 2022.02.25 07:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Adjourned to 24.02.2022. Today, Mr. Mann, the learned counsel for the petitioner has apprised this Court that the impugned order, in question, was passed on 09.12.2021 (Annexure P-3). He filed the present bail application vide diary No. CRM-M-74755/2021 on 17.12.2021. However, on the basis of a compromise effected between the parties, the petitioner was granted bail on 15.12.2021. Therefore, when the bail application filed by the petitioner came up for hearing on 15.12.2021 before the trial Court, she had no reason to disclose to the trial Court that her bail application was pending before this Court since the present petition was filed only on 17.12.2021. In this view of the matter, no further orders are called for. Disposed of.
