Mr. Keshav Pratap Singh, Advocate for the petitioner. **** Anupinder Singh Grewal, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had been allotted institutional site on 24.02.2023. The petitioner had made the entire payment but was not delivered possession of the plot within one month of making the entire payment in terms of Condition No.4 of the terms and conditions of the letter of intent for allotment and therefore, the respondents are required to pay interest for the delay in handing over possession. The petitioner has sent representation dated 08.01.2024 (Annexure P-7) to the respondents seeking interest for the delay in delivering possession and prays that the petition be disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider and decide his representation in a time bound manner.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, Addl. A.G. Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-7) of the petitioner within one month from now by passing a speaking order.
