(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for issuing writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing action of respondent for not entertaining the representation dated 27.12.2018 (Annexure P-8) vide which petitioner requested for considering his candidature for the post of TGT Punjabi sought to be filled vide Advertisement No.4/2016 dated 17.03.2016. Without going into merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Chairman, Haryana Staff Selection Commission to consider the representation dated 27.12.2018 (Annexure P-8) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner.

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner running from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
