RSA No.2900 of 2016 Mr. Kanwaljit Singh, Senior Advocate assisted by Ms. Gurdeep Kaur, Advocate had been fair enough in pointing out that in the appeal filed at the instance of the subsequent vendee, alleged to have purchased property from the appellant-defendant No.1, sister of the respondentplaintiff, had already been dismissed in regular second appeal bearing No.3479 of 2015 vide order dated 19.05.2016 and pass on a copy of the same. I gone through the judgment and of the view that when subsequent vendee's right has been rejected by this Court, the vendor would not have any right.
