The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to grant him notional date of joining with consequential benefits and full salary for the probation period.

Mr. Nitesh Singla, Advocate submits that, at this stage, he does not press his prayer qua full salary for the probation period, however, petitioner may be granted all the benefits as are granted to similarly situated employees vide order dated 23.09.2024 (Annexure P-4) passed by Additional Director General of Police, Punjab Armed Police, Jalandhar. 3.
