Instant petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.5 to enter the name of the petitioner in the register of Haryana State Pharmacy Council, and to issue licence to him. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has become infructuous, as the name of the petitioner has been registered by the Haryana State Pharmacy Council.
