**** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking writ in the nature of habeas corpus for release of the alleged detenue namely Amar Jyoti, who is stated to be illegally confined by respondents No.3 to 8.

In pursuance to the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 01.10.2019, the alleged detenue Amar Jyoti has been produced by SI Juglal and Lady Constable Sumitra. Detenue Amar Jyoti states that her date of birth is 23.11.1997. She also states that she is residing with her father namely Maan Singh (respondent No.3) as per her wish. In view of the statement of the alleged detenue namely Amar Jyoti, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition. No further orders are required in this petition. The petition stands disposed of.
