(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to immediately drain out the stagnant water from the agricultural land of the petitioner and permanently resolve the issue of water logging caused due to illegal construction over the natural drainage channel by the Village Panchayat.

1.1 A further prayer has been made for directing respondents No.2 to 7 to look into the complaint/representation dated 08.07.2025 (Annexure P-4). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition and she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file HIMANI GUPTA 2025.09.05 10:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
