(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is for issuance of direction to the learned trial Court in case FIR No.59 dated 22.06.2017, registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Division No.3, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) to conclude the trial in a time bound manner.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
