The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 27.07.2023 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Faridkot. 2.

Vide the impugned order an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 was allowed and hence the same is amenable to appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984. 3.

Faced with the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a First Appeal against the Order.
