Both these petitions are taken up together for adjudication and hearing at request and with consent of learned counsel for the parties. 2.

CWP No.28653 of 2019 and 01 connected case -2submits that said writ petition is rendered infructuous as the matter pertains to the Punjab Labour and Cartage Policy of 2019-20 which came to an end in March, 2021. Insofar as question of criminal liability of petitioner is concerned, specific remedies have been availed in the said respect and petitions, as are recorded in order dated 15.07.2025 passed in these writ petitions, are pending adjudication. Therefore, present writ petitions be disposed of with liberty to petitioner(s) to pursue their pending matters and avail the remedies as may be available in that respect. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner in CWP No.10688 of 2020 submits that prayer in this writ petition is also for setting-aside the same impugned order dated 06.08.2019 and to the extent of issuance of directions to District Tender Allotment Committee, Barnala to take legal action regarding fixation of criminal liability. Petitioner therein has also filed separate petitions in respect to criminal liability. Therefore, this writ petition is also rendered infructuous.

Keeping in view categoric stand as above of the parties, writ petitions are disposed of as infructuous with liberty to petitioner(s) to pursue the remedy(ies) already availed of by them or any other in respect to their criminal liability.
