(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to immediately release the gratuity and commutation portion of pension along with all other benefits along with interest till its realization.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Sh. Surender, J.E., from the office of Provincial Division, Rohtak, submits that the charge-sheet pending against the petitioner has been dropped and his case for release of gratuity and commutation of pension is under process and the same shall be finalized and necessary payment or any other MOHD YAKUB 2024.10.15 09:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh
