*** NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case bearing FIR No.155 dated 09.09.2022 under Sections 307/336/506/323/148/149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Makhu District Ferozepur. Vide order dated 12.01.2023 while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 12.01.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. The learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhbir Singh has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his further investigation in the present case is not required. In view of the above, interim order dated 12.01.2023 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The present petition stands disposed off.
