[2] This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 53, dated 16th August, 2021, under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Rawalpindi, Phagwara, District Kapurthala.
[3] After arguing at some length and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the prayer at a later stage.
