RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to make an enquiry regarding the handing over of charge and record of village Panchayat in view of letter dated 14.05.2019, Annexure P-3, and further issuance of direction to respondents No.6 to 8 not to harass and humiliate the petitioner and further a direction may be issued to respondent No.3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
