(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to present the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C against respondent Nos. 4 to 12 and four unidentified persons in FIR No.123 dated 18.10.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 307,382,323,471,148,149 IPC and Sections 25,27,54 and 59 of the Arms Act, 1959. Ms. Kanwardeep Kaur, Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur is present in Court and filed Status report by way of an affidavit. The same is taken on record. As per the status report the stand taken by the State is as under:- "10. That it is respectfully submitted that the challan/report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in the present case/FIR No. 123 (supra) was prepared on 29.11.2022 and the same was sent to DA legal for his opinion and some ARCHANA ARORA 2022.12.07 17:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No. 53338 of 2022 -2objections were raised by the DA legal. That thereafter getting the objections cleared the Challan report under Section 173 CrPC was submitted before the Ld, Trial Court on 03.12.2022 while stating that supplementary challan will be submitted after completing the further investigation. That there are total 18 witness out of which none have been examined and the next date before the Ld. Court is 20.12.2022. " In view of the stand taken by the State, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his grievance stands vindicated. In view of the aforesaid fact, nothing remains to be adjudicated at the hands of this Court. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered as infructuous.
