Grievance of the petitioner is that respondents No.1 and 2 are not taking action to restore physical possession of the mortgaged assets in spite of order(s) dated 22.02.2018 (Annexure P-1 to P-4) passed by respondent No.2.

appropriate decision for implementation of the orders dated 22.02.2018 passed by him and would endeavour to deliver possession expeditiously of the mortgaged properties of the private respondents to the petitioner-Bank. A copy of the aforesaid order shall be made available by the learned counsel for the petitioner to respondent No.2 In view of the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the above decision dated 06.09.2021 passed in 'Allahabad Bank versus District Magistrate, Ludhiana and others in CM-3178-CWP-2021 in CWP-4916-2020', and take an appropriate decision within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and also take expeditious steps to give possession of the mortgaged properties of the private respondents to the petitioner-Bank.
