The petitioner herein is the respondent's husband. In an application filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, the trial Court has directed the petitioner to pay rent of the rented accommodation used by his wife and a school going child. The trial Court has also directed the petitioner to pay the maintenance pendente lite @ ₹7,500/- per month. The petitioner is stated to be working as a Property Broker in the vibrant city of Gurugram. The petitioner's wife and child have a right to live in the same manner as the petitioner resides.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed.
