The petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail/blanket bail apprehending their arrest in some case, which may be registered pursuant to a complaint dated 10.8.2022 (Annexure P-1) submitted by wife of son petitioner No.1-Arun Rashmi to the Senior Superintendent of Police Mansa, mainly on the strength of parity inasmuch as son of petitioner No.1-Arun Rashmi, who happens to be brother of petitioner No.2, had already been granted protection by this Court vide order dated 28.9.2022 passed in CRM-M-44943 of 2022 (Annexure P-3) mainly while observing that there is some kind of matrimonial dispute between son of petitioner No.1 namely Kapil Bhardwaj and his wife Manpreet Kaur.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioners shall be entitled to similar protection as had been granted vide order dated 28.9.2022 (Annexure P-3) to Kapil Bhardwaj (son petitioner No.1).
