The petitioner has been in custody for the last more than 4 months. The petitioner is a lady and at present she is pregnant. Though the charges have been framed, yet the case is at the stage of evidence. The conclusion of the trial would taken a long time. Hence, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner behind the bars.
