(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that this case is squarely covered by the judgment dated 3.11.2015 passed by this Court in RFA No. 6207 of 2012 ( Piryavert and another Vs. State of Haryana and others). They pray for disposal of the present appeal in terms of the abovesaid order dated 3.11.2015 passed by this Court in Piryavert's case (supra).

Ordered accordingly.

Consequently, the landowners shall be entitled to receive the compensation for their acquired land in terms of the order dated 3.11.2015 passed by this Court in Piryavert's case (supra).
