The challenge in these Letters Patent Appeals filed under Clause X of the Letters Patent is to the interim order dated 20th April, 2017, passed by the learned Single Judge.

It was not disputed that the Civil Writ Petition(s) is fixed before the learned Single Judge for 16th May, 2018. Accordingly, we do not find justification to interfere in the order, as it shall be open for the appellant(s) to take the pleas as sought to be raised in the present appeal(s) before the learned Single Judge. 4.
Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the appellant(s) to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to it, in accordance with law.
