This writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of direction to respondent No.1 Principal Secretary to Govt. of Haryana, Development and Panchayat Department, Haryana to decide the appeal (Annexure P2), wherein the order dated 18.9.2019 vide which the petitioner has been suspended, is under challenge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that at this stage, he would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to respondent No.1 Principal Secretary to Govt. of Haryana, Development and Panchayat Department, Haryana to decide the appeal (Annexure P-2), which is slated for 29.10.2019, expeditiously.
