The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of regular bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.158 dated 1.12.2021, Police Station Arniwala, District Fazilka under Sections 22/29 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, wherein the allegations are to the effect that the petitioner was found in possession of 7000 tablets of 'Tramadol'. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has restricted his prayer for grant of interim bail till filing of report of FSL, which has not been filed till date. 3.

In the present case, the petitioner had been released on interim bail by this Court vide order dated 5.1.2022 on the ground that she was carrying pregnancy of 81⁄2 months. It has been informed that the petitioner delivered a baby on 7.1.2022.

Keeping in view the aforestated position and also that the report of FSL has not been presented till date, the interim bail already granted to the petitioner vide order dated 5.1.2022, is extended till the date when report of FSL is filed before the Trial Court. It is ordered that as and when any such report is filed, the petitioner shall surrender before the Trial Court and move an application for grant of regular bail.

The petitioner shall herself remain in touch with her counsel before the Trial Court so as to be apprised about filing of report of FSL. 6.
