KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that status report has already been filed in this case. As per the same, enquiry was conducted and statements of concerned persons were recorded. In view of the enquiry report and statement of concerned persons, there is no evidence regarding threat to the life of the petitioner and the allegations levelled in the complaint moved by the petitioner were found to be incorrect. In view of above, counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.3 to take action as per law if the situation so arises. This petition is hereby disposed of with direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Sirsa and to provide appropriate protection to the petitioner if so warranted as per law.
