Interalia it is contended that appellant No. 2 does not want to proceed further with this case, therefore, he be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. This application is supported by affidavit of appellant No. 2 Raman Kant Goyal and copy of his Aadhar Card.

Learned counsel appearing for appellants No. 1 and 3 also seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.
