This is an application for withdrawal of the regular second appeal on the ground that the appellant does not want to pursue the same. 2.

Since none has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent till date and also the fact that the application is simplicitor for withdrawal of the regular second appeal, there would be no requirement of issuing notice of the application to the respondent.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is taken on Board today itself.
