**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 19.09.2019 (Annexure P-6), whereby petitioner has been transferred from CHC Sorkhi to CHC Khanda Kheri, just to harass and humiliate the petitioner without any reason and further writ of mandamus directing respondent No.5 to disclose the EPF and ESI Number of petitioner and released the amount of monthly EPF and ESI in his favour, which respondent No.5 has been withheld as well as further prayer for directing respondent No.5 to release the amount of monthly EPF and ESI in his favour with interest @ 18% from the date of appointment of petitioner till date. This Court is not inclined to interfere in the prayer of transfer of petitioner.

As regards the amount of EPF and ESI, learned counsel for the

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to make a representation and direct respondent No.2 to consider the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioner, failing which, respondent No.2, shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to petitioner.

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
