In the present petition, challenge is to the impugned order dated 20.02.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.2-Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench Chandigarh (in short, 'the Tribunal') by which, respondent No.1 has been allowed the benefit of disability pension consisting of both disability element as well as service element. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners argues that dispite having completed 15 years of qualifying service by respondent No. 1 with the petitioners-UOI, still the benefit of the service element has been granted to him while computing the disability pension, which is incorrect 3.
Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 submits that the issue raised in the present petition has already been considered and rejected by this Court while passing the order in CWP-32574-2024- 'Union of India and others versus Ex. Hav. Hawa Singh Sangwan and another, decided on 18.11.2025'
. Hence, the present petition may also be dismissed in the same terms and conditions.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case wherein the question of law raised has already been answered by this Court while passing the order in CWP-32574-2024- 'Union of India and others versus Ex. Hav. Hawa Singh Sangwan and another, decided on 18.11.2025', hence, the present wrti petition is also dismissed in the same terms and conditions.
