By way of instant writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has approached this Court inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 13.06.2019, Annexure P-15, passed by respondent No.2, whereby, representation dated 05.08.2018, Annexure P-4, moved by the petitioner, had been rejected.
