***** HARI PAL VERMA, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of directions to respondents no.2 and 3 for taking action in FIR no.254 dated 14.12.2018 under Sections 498-A/406 IPC registered at Police Station City Moga, District Moga.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid FIR was registered at the behest of the petitioner on 14.12.2018, however, the investigation has yet not been completed in the same. Without observing anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to official respondents to expedite the investigation in the case.
