**** AMIT RAWAL , J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to join the petitioner in the prosecution department and further writ of certiorari quashing the action of respondent No.2, whereby advertisement/circular letter dated 05.07.2019 (Annexure P-4) for filling up 6 vacant posts of Stenographer-cum-Librarian was advertised. In this regard, had submitted legal notice dated 22.08.2019 (Annexure P-5), but there is no adherence thereto.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Prosecution Department, Panchkula through its Director, to consider the legal notice dated 22.08.2019 (Annexure P-5) within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2, to consider the

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
