The limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner in the present case is that the proceedings pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court-II, Jalandhar be decided in a time-bound manner as the same are pending since 2017. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing CR No.297 of 2021 and vide order dated 17.02.2021 the said petition was disposed off with a request to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court-II, Jalandhar to decide the matter expeditiously. In view of the order passed on 17.02.2021, no further order needs to be passed in the present revision petition. Accordingly, the present revision petition stands disposed off.
