Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant states that the sole appellant has since expired and his legal representatives do not wish to pursue the present appeal and that he has instructions to withdraw the present appeal. However, he states that a formal application has not been filed for impleading the legal representatives of the sole appellant. He further points out that one of the legal representatives of the appellant i.e. Mr. Ashok Kumar is present in Court today. 2.
