(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 05.10.2021 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Estate Officer, Cantonment Board, Ambala Cantt. and order dated 08.03.2022 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Additional District Judge, Ambala and for further quashing the ejectment proceeding initiated under Section 4 of the Public Premises Act, 1971.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
