This is an application filed under section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an arbitrator. Mr. P.K.Chugh, Advocate, enters appearance on behalf of the respondents.

Both the parties agreed and undertake that they are willing to resolve the disputes in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and by consent agreed to appoint Shri B.L.Singal, a retired District & Sessions Judge, Haryana, as an arbitrator. In view of the aforesaid, Shri B.L.Singal, a retired District & Sessions Judge, Haryana, # Flat No.11, Hope Apartments, Sector 15, Part;II, Gurgaon is appointed as the arbitrator to adjudicate upon disputes and differences between the parties. The fees shall be as per the Chandigarh Arbitration Centre (CAC) (Administrative Cost and Arbitrators' Fees) Rules, 2014 or as may be settled by the parties and the arbitrator.
