By this petition, the petitioner seeks the issuance of an appropriate direction to the official respondents to not harass and humiliate him unnecessarily at the instance of private respondents; and further he seeks a proper and fair inquiry on the representation dated 13.10.2021 (Annexure P-5) and for appropriate legal action to be taken against respondents no.6 to 8. Upon this court pointing out that with an order directing status quo to be maintained, having been passed by the trial court in the civil suit filed by the petitioner (and the counter claim thereto by the defendants therein), why this court should interfere rather than him approaching the trial court by way of an appropriate remedy for alleged violation of its order, he seeks to withdraw this petition to avail of such remedy.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid remedy always available and with no comment made by this court on the actual merits of the case.
