(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the complaint bearing No. NACT/1793/2020 dated 06.03.2020 under Section 138 read with Sections 141 and 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 pending before the learned JMIC, Faridabad as well as for quashing/setting aside the impugned summoning order dated 06.03.2020 passed by the learned JMIC, Faridabad. The learned counsel for the parties state that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties, and a Memorandum of Understanding dated 16.04.2025 has been executed thereof.

In view of the above, the present petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the parties to approach this Court once again, if so warranted.
