******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per order of Sub Divisional Magistrate, possession is to be given to the Receiver till 01.10.2019. The petitioner filed revision before learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka against this order along with application seeking stay of the order passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate but his application has not been decided and the revision is now fixed for 13.12.2019, thereby rendering the stay application as infructuous. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka to take up the revision on 10.10.2019 and decide the said application within 15 days, after issuing notice to the respondents. The order passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, shall not be acted upon upto 25.10.2019, if possession has not already been taken by the Receiver. ( SURINDER GUPTA ) October 01, 2019.
