The prayer in the present petition is for taking action against private respondent Nos.5 to 8 who are alleged to be posing danger to the life and liberty of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that representation (Annexure P-2) was sent to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtak (respondent No.2) on 15.09.2023. However, no action has been taken on the same.

Ms. Mahima Yashpal, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4. Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that PARKASH CHAND 2023.09.20 10:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

2023:PHHC:123232 CRWP No.9283 of 2023 -2the representation was filed only on 15.09.2023 and the same has not even reached the office of the Superintendent of Police, Rohtak (respondent No.2). Learned State counsel, however, states that the representation, as and when received in the office of the Superintendent of Police, would be looked into and action would be taken on the same in accordance with law. 5.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtak (respondent No.2) to take a decision on the representation dated 15.09.2023 attached with the present petition expeditiously and in accordance with law.

The petition is accordingly disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
