(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of i) FIR No. 117 dated 10.11.2016 under Sections 406, 498-A, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station: Women Patiala (Annexure P-3); ii) report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. dated 03.01.2017 (Annexure P-7); iii) impugned order dated 01.10.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patiala whereby the discharge application moved by the prosecution was wrongly dismissed inspite of the petitioners being kept in column No.2 in supplementary challan/report under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C. dated 29.07.2017 (Annexure P-10); iv) impugned order dated 27.10.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala whereby the revision petition against the dismissal of the aforesaid discharge application was wrongly dismissed (Annexure P-11); and v) impugned order dated 11.08.2023 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patiala whereby the discharge application moved by DIVYANSHI 2024.12.04 17:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
