The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the complaint bearing No.NACT/159/2019 dated 07.12.2019 filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, titled as 'Narender Singh Vs. Ankit Tyagi' and the summoning order dated 07.12.2019 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ganaur, whereby the present petitioner has been summoned to face the trial under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail all the legally available pleas before the Trial Court.
