The petitioners seek issuance of directions to the official respondents to revise their pension by taking into account the revised pay as well as increments in accordance with notification/instructions dated 29.10.2021 (Annexure P-1) as has been done in the case of other employees, as would be evident from orders dated 8.6.2022, 1.8.2022 and 27.12.2022 (Annexures P-8 to P-10, respectively).

Learned counsel representing the petitioners submitted that although the petitioners had submitted representations (Annexures P-2 to P-7), but to no avail.
