(ORAL) This petition is preferred under Section 397 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the conditions as imposed in the impugned order dated 14.09.2023 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur while granting bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 143 dated 01.08.2023, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420 /120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Lehra, Sangrur. The petitioners were booked in the aforementioned FIR. On a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. they were granted pre-arrest bail, vide order dated 14.09.2023, subject to the following conditions : - "6.

In the given set of facts and circumstances of the case, the applicants are directed to join investigation with Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer within seven days and upon doing so, they are ordered to be released on bail, after SATYAWAN 2024.05.16 22:49

CRM-M No.47884 of 2023 (O&M) furnishing bail bonds for a sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety in like amount each to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, subject to the following conditions enumerated in 438 (2) Cr.P.C failing which order will cease to have effect :

i).

That the petitioner / petitioners shall make himself / herself /themselves available for interrogation before the investigating officer as and when required.

ii). That the petitioner /petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade him / her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.

iii). That the petitioner / petitioners shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court and shall surrender his / her passport, if any.

7. Accordingly, both the bail applications stand allowed. The copy of order be placed in BA no. 3149."

This Court does not find any reason to interfere as none of the conditions can be stated to be unreasonable. Resultantly, the present petition is dismissed.
