(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that vide impugned order dated 17.12.2021 (Annexure P-3), the petitioner was only transferred for a period of 6 months, but keeping in view the interim order dated 23.12.2021 granted by this Court, the petitioner is continuing at the original place of posting and the period in the impugned order has already come to an end and the same cannot be implemented, hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. Keeping in view the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
